The apartment is located in the heart of Torri del Benaco, a picturesque town on the shores of Lake Garda.



Accessing from the door located in a charming square, there is the staircase that leads to the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary accessories, and a living room with a sofa and television.

Wunderschöne, gut ausgetattete Wohnung mit typischem Flair mitten in der Altstadt von Torri del Bena

Die Wohnung ist solide renoviert, sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt im Zentrum der schönsten Stadt des Gardasees. Sowohl der Service durch Domus Rental als auch die nützlichen Tipps von Matteo, dem Besitzer des privaten Parkplatzes, sind super! Optimal wäre ein kleiner Transportwagen, da die Wohnung in der autofreien Zone der Altstadt liegt und bei Ankunft und Abreise das Gepäck (schweißtreibend) geschleppt werden muss. Sehr unangenehm ist der Lärm der Bar genau vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Schlafen ist während der Saison vor 24 Uhr nicht möglich (bei unserem ersten Besuch im März 18 war die Bar geschlossen) Ein Stern Abzug wegen der Bar .

Aufenthalt inmitten der Altstadt

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Mitten in der Altstadt und gleich neben dem Hafen. Der See ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und alles funktioniert. Die Küchenmesser und die Kochmesser müssen unbedingt geschliffen werden.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem süßen Ferienhaus direkt im Zentrum von Torri di Benaco. Das Ferienhaus ist mitten in der Fußgängerzone mit verschiedenen Restaurants und Geschäften und man kann auch zum Baden zu Fuss laufen. Das Haus war genau wie im Internet beschrieben und das Team von Domus bei Fragen immer gut erreichbar und sehr nett. Schön wäre es, wenn es für den Balkon und die Dachterrasse noch eine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit geben würde, und bei voller Belegung mit 6 Personen wäre auch im Wohnraum noch ein Sessel oder ein größeres Sofa ganz nett. Beim packen sollte man daran denken, dass man mit dem Auto nicht direkt zum Haus fahren kann; man muss alles ein Stück durch die Fußgängerzone tragen. Wir können das Haus und auch den Ort sehr empfehlen!

Tolle, gepflegte Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft wirkt von Außen klein. Erstreckt sich aber über 3 Etagen. Was sehr gut ist. Der Küchen und Wohnberich in der 1 Etage ist voll ausgestattet. Der 1. Schlafbereich in der 2 Etage mit Doppelbett, Etagenbett und Bad waren sauber und wir haben gut im Doppelbett schlafen können. Das Etagenbett war etwas instabil. Soll aber behoben werden. Das Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer in der 3 Etage waren auch sauber und mit dem kleinen Balkon, zum abendlichen Verweilen bei schöner Musik, einfach klasse. Das einzige Mango waren die vielen glatten Stufen für unseren Hund. Der sich aber, dank der guten Klimaanlage sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Einkaufsstraße, in der Tagsüber reges Treiben herrscht und Abends Musik bis maximal 23.00 Uhr gemacht wird. Danach ist es sehr ruhig und man kann, wenn die Temperatur es zulässt, auch bei offenen Fenster gut schlafen. Da wir zum Be und Entladen leider nicht vor unsere Unterkunft fahren konnten, mussten wir alles tragen. Beim nächsten Mal nehmen wir nicht so viel mit. :) Dafür hatten wir aber einen tollen Stellplatz den ich nur empfehlen kann. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer, Erlebnis reicher und, wie immer, viel zu kurzer Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Torri und in diese Unterkunft. Auch dank der hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen von Domus Rent. Vielen Dank 😊

Urlaub mit italienischem Flair

Die Wohnung ist auf 3 Etagen. 1. Etage: Wohn-Eßbereich, 2. Etage: 1 Zimmer mit Hochbett, 1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad 3. Etage: 1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad Es war alles sehr sauber, die Einrichtung ist allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der bezaubernden Altstadt von Torri del Benaco und unten im Restaurant ist immer etwas los. Wir waren zu Dritt (3 Frauen über 70) und haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Wir würden jederzeit eine Wiederholung starten.

Sollte ein Geheimtipp bleiben

Die Lage mitten im Ort in der Nähe des Hafens ist wunderbar. Im Haus selber ist die Renovierung gut gelungen, die einzelnen Zimmer sind geräumig. Auch die Aufteilung in den einzelnen Stockwerken ist gut. Die Möblierung ist zweckgemäß. Ein Haus um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen, vielleicht nicht unbedingt zur Hochsaison. Die Kochmesser müssten dringend geschliffen werden!!

Schönstes Domizil

In bester Lage im schönen Ort Torri haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt i diesem großzügigen Ferienhaus, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber und freundlich! Die Terrasse im oberen Stock bietet einen wunderschönen Blick über die Dächer. Der Vermietungskontakt war prima, die Umgebung einladend, der Strand nah. Freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

Mitten in der Altstadt, um die Ecke der schöne Hafen

Sehr geräumige Wohnung über 2-3 Stockwerke (im EG nur Waschmaschine und Kellerraum), sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und hell eingerichtet. Klimaanlage funktioniert prima, was umso wichtiger ist, als abends zumindest in der Hochsaison ordentlich Nachtleben vor den Fenstern stattfindet (d.h. wenn man ruhebedürftig ist, empfiehlt es sich die Fenster in der ersten Nachthälfte geschlossen zu halten). Tritt man aus der Tür, befindet man sich direkt in den charmanten Gässchen mit einem tollen kleinen Feinkostladen nebenan (Hammer-Käsetheke), kleinen Boutiquen und ganz nah am schönen Hafen mit diversen guten Restaurants am Seeufer. Zum Baden sind wir allerdings eher etwas außerhalb gefahren. Wir hatten vorab über den Anbieter einen gut erreichbaren Parkplatz an der Hauptstraße reserviert, das war sinnvoll und hat gut geklappt. Kommunikation ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Tage in Torri

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei. Was wir aus der Beschreibung nicht genau heraus lesen konnten, ist dass sich die Unterkunft mitten in der Fußgängerzone befindet und es auch Nachts laut ist. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster daher nicht möglich. Und für 6 Personen ist das Sofa leider unterdimensioniert. Einen Parkplatz konnten wir für 10€ am Tag in der Nähe mieten, der Vermieter Matteo war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr entgegenkommend fanden wir auch, dass wir bereits um 14h in die Unterkunft durften - vielen Dank dafür. Wir hatten einen netten Aufenthalt.

Wundervoll gelegene Wohnung mit viel Charme; liebevoll und aufwendig renoviert, mitten im malerischen Torri del Benaco. Parkmöglichkeiten sind mindestens 300 m entfernt; zum Be- und Entladen vor der Wohnungstür müßte man in der Gemeinde vorab eine Sondergenehmigung einholen. Wir ( vier Erwachsene ) besuchten die Wohnung in der Vorsaison- es ist denkbar, dass es wegen der Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone in der Hauptsaison etwas lebendiger zugeht. Wir werden wiederkommen!
