  • Lovely south facing 2 bedroom Penthouse with stunning views of the golf course and the most beautiful sunsets!



    With new renovated bathroom the apartment comes fully equipped with: lift access, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, BBQ, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, padle court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pools, garage and car park, 1 TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).



    In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.



    With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!



    The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarket etc, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.



    We are Murcia Holiday Rentals, and we look after 180+ properties here providing a first class service to our guests and owners. Every year hundreds of owners and thousands of holiday makers trust us to deliver a great experience, regardless of which booking channel or tour operator they booked through. We have an office inside the resort itself where we are on hand to deal with any queries and assist with everything from charging your phone to printing tickets and providing recommendations. We are rated as "excellent" on Trustpilot and are preferred partners to all the major channels.



    Our guests staying at La Torre also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations. Our staff speak Spanish, English, French and Arabic.

Amazing place, I really liked the apartment, views of the golf course, it was comfortable and very beautiful, the apartment had everything you need. And the terrace is delightful! There are restaurants, a supermarket, a swimming pool, children's areas and more. My family and I enjoyed the weekend and we really liked it. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The house is fantastic

It's just like the pictures and has the amenities it advertises. Very nice views. We were looking for quiet places to rest and sleep and we found them. The development has security guards who draw the attention of those who make noise at night, which we appreciate infinitely. By car to the sea it is half an hour and sometimes it is difficult to park in August. But the development has clean, beautiful, large pools and jacuzzis. There is a spa in the development and a variety of restaurants. The house is fantastic and it wasn't necessary to contact the host at all.

views of the golf course are picturesque.

You have the top floor all to yourself, and the views of the golf course are picturesque. From the terrace you can see out to the mountains, all around the resort and at night, with such little light pollution, you have incredible views of the stars. You are only 2 minutes walk from all the cafes and restaurants so when you have one too many you don't need to worry about getting back to your bed. The hosts were fantastic Melissa from Murcia Rentals was on the ball and quick to respondhelp with any issues we had. A host you could only dream of. If you want to head out to the surrounding townsMurcia city you will need car. All in all a fantastic resort filled with friendly neighbours and people in general, you feel right at home.
