"Nice hotel in a very old building in a good area. Walking distance to the River front, dining, music, shopping. Good size room, clean. Very nice and accommodating staff. The building has an elevator. I would stay there again."

"WONDERFUL!!! All The Staff were Wonderful !!! The Location was Great! if the Rooftop had a handrail & foot tiles were abitmore secure but thats it, oh & if the ubers would Drop-off at hotel not down corner or down next block thank God we travel light."

"We came with a tour group and stayed longer on our own, most booked through tour company to stay longer, I was frustrated at check in after booking with Hotel.com the same category room and sending them message that we wanted same room, they were going to make us move. Finally agreed to same room then the maid said we were checking out so had to go to reception again, others had their cards denied and couldn’t get into room after tour over. They need to work on their computer system. A lovely view of city, great pool area, nice sitting area outside room. Not convenient if you want to spend a lot of time in downtown Porto but we enjoyed the break."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. It has a very unique vibe and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When we advised them we were leaving early in the morning to get the to Lisbon, and we would have missed breakfast, they prepared a small care package for the drive. We didn't ask for it, but they offered it. That's how amazing this hotel is. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay,"

"The room was spotless, if you can get over no natural light in the rooms, it is a great place to hangout. The staff are amazing and the bar downstairs is epic. The roof terrace is a great place to meet people and look out over the surrounding area."
