This is a bait and switch. They claim this is for musicians and the room is sound proof. Donā€™t believe them. I am a music producer and left within one hour of my stay. They assured me they would refund me the next day and they didnā€™t. Stay away from here. They are liars too.

The property was in an excellent location for access to many of the Madrid amenities and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful, English skills were excellent. The offering of breakfast was a wonderful perk. It was plentiful and the varied. The roof restaurant gives a wonderful view of the City.

I donā€™t usually write a review, but this Hotel definitely deserves it. One of the nicest hotels, they have everything you need with amazing service on top of that. The room was beautiful, We stayed in a premium room and love the little balconies. The bed was the best bed of our two week vacation. Great location also. Highly recommend this hotel!

"Pleasant hotel, we had a good sized room. It was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good. The gym was a disappointment. Good equipment, however no gym mats, no towels unless organised with reception and I don't think there was any air conditioning. The exterior of the hotel was a mess, lots of litter. ..."
