"I had a great stay at this location in Downtown Toronto. The space was clean, comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep. The staff was attentive and quick to help whenever I needed anything. The location was excellent. I walked to breakfast each morning, visited the mall, and explored several of Toronto’s attractions without needing transportation. Everything I needed was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in...

"Rooms were tiny but that was to be expected so that’s ok. Staff was difficult but ultimately gave me a second room when my first did not have a functional AC and no windows. Also, I walked in with 2 of my friends to grab something from my room, and one of the staff proceeded to follow us to say I can’t have people sleep over, as if they would have slept over there, and it was 5pm lol. Would have given much better ratings even with all my comments if the price was half or less what I paid. Good...

"Staff not friendly. I made a mistake at their breakfast buffet and I told the staff that I was so sorry, but the kitchen staff didn't show empathy at all. She gave me attitude instead and gossiped it to a co worker. BWP, kindly pls teach ur staff to be empathetic. Also, their female receptionist didnt smile the entire time we stayed there."
