"Lovely two night stay over halloween. Check in staff were so friendly. Room was immaculately clean (rm 315). Loved the fantastic lift! Breakfast had a brilliant selection and was very tasty. Great location and wifi and parking were perfect. Overall a really lovely stay and if I head to lapland again will most certainly stay there."

"A quiet but stunning location, the hotel has amazing views of the lake. Location is a bit further out however Hotel provides regular shuttle services to the city centre, Santa village and the airport. Spa facilities were great. Staff were exceptional, helping above and beyond with any request we had. Ying, Melody and Laura - thank you for making this trip memorable for us."

"Förmånligt boende 400 m från centrum, 250 m från köpcentrum. Bra med parkering, bra bastu och skön säng. Det negativa var badrummet där duschen inte hade något skydd så vattnet flöt runt hela utrymmet och man måste lägga handduken på golvet för att vistas "torrskodd" där. Frukosten i normal/enklare format."

"We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all. The apartment is very nice and the location good. However, we found it difficult to use the oven as there were no oven gloves or aluminium foil, we wern't sure if any of the dishes were oven proof. There is a washing machine but no detergent. When we asked them for it they asked us to come to their office which was 2 km away instead of delivering it or making sure everything required was available in the apartment in the first place, so their processes need some looking into! There was salt and oil only provided, no sugar, tea, coffee or creamers! We didn't find any shops closeby!"

"We loved the location of this place as it was really remote with a beautiful forest and a couple of small hills for sledding which my young children loved, all selds are there ready to use. The fire was also so nice to have food and marshmallows on to warm up. Hosts were very welcoming we felt at home, we ran out of milk on Day 2 and our little boy was not happy so needed to ask for more but it was topped up quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay, would recommend. "
