"This is an exceptional house overlooking Torbay. The management team were very informative from start to finish and gaining access was simple. The house was extremely clean and very well presented throughout. We had 8 adults staying over three generations and found the areas spacious with different areas to accommodate everyone.The four double bedrooms down stairs are all very comfortable with well appointed bathrooms. The views from the master bedroom are wonderful with a terrace outside patio...

"Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended"

"Fantastic property with lots of facilities especially in the kitchen. Much more than many rentals. Check in was very easy and Hazel was there to greet us. Only thing lets it down was parking which was made worse by the road being closed due to gas works"
