"Top location if you do not mind a small walk - excellent value. Have stayed multiple times. Cleanliness is slipping (dirty tea towel, cracked drinking glass and the hair dryer blew up -can't be helped, fridge could use some attention), Yes i will be back."

"Nice close accomodation to Queens Park for the Red Hot Summer Tour."

"We liked the proximities to so many places. Perfect for viewing the Carnival of Flowers Street Parade. Next door to Burke & Wills restaurant, Zach's. Good food & service. Near The Rock One bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room. Newly connected Foxtel allowed is to watch the AFL & NRL finals live. Lighting was dim but serviceable. We used the microwave and hot plate with provided fryingpan. The light didn't work on the greasy range hood. I liked there was a vases to enjoy blooms during...

"Great location clean, convenient and practical would have loved to stay longer very hard to fault recommend"

"Beautiful property, very tastefully styled and very functional. Centrally located in the city. Be aware that you are tucked behind another cottage and the entry is on a side street with 2 man gates in a narrow passage to use to access the property. No air conditioning in the 3rd 'kids' room. Overall a lovely place. "

"Our accommodation was adequate. We were not expected but the area was made ready while we sat on the verandah."

"Great"

"Great little cottage in a very handy position. Very clean and comfortable. "

"Had a great stay. Plenty of space for a family and great outdoor area!"

"Beautiful home in close proximity to everything we needed. Definitely coming back if we get the chance to visit Toowoomba again!"

"Shops walking distance. Regional shopping centre"

"Very rarely do the images of a property show the reality but we were delighted on check in to discover this house is as charming as its photographs. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the decor tasteful and the butler’s pantry was a nice surprise. Centrally located, this property is ideal for a Toowoomba stay."

"A great, cozy stay on a wet weekend. Lovely, quiet spot but still very close to the city."
