" one staff member or owner to treat me like crap after having to go replace debit card when returned one stated: "When u check out "REMOVE YOUR THINGS" never been treated so badly by any hotel employee I was really upset I had already paid for 5 nights before the 7th I had to go replace debit card which was not my fault but the way I was talked to for embarrassing and hurt me The room was Clean, everything worked except water wasn't hot enough other than that up until April 7, 2026 most staff if not all of the staff was friendly until 1 person, on April 6th my card was locked due to suspicion of fraudulent charges, so I had to go to replace my debit card which was only 2 miles down the road the morning staff understood and also put in consideration that electric went out the day before for 1 hour, later than night and next morning it was raining hard which made me need to leave later to get ID, and I'm Disabled Veteran and can't jump up in rain and leave had to wait to take medication also loosing money in washer and dryer but staff dried my clothes & told will be refunded funded for both next day told only for dryer not $3.75 for washer 2 days later never refunded for washer let's it go after allowed me to keep my things in room to go get new card paid by 2:00pm. When returned was told REMOVE UR THINGS AT check out 11:00am until 3:00pm if you stay again I am a member with Hilton, IHG, and Wyndham, none OF THOSE located here next tune I will just stay in Jackson TN"

"It was ok. Expensive for how outdated the rooms were. The bathroom has mildew and mold on the bottom shower wall. I stayed in two rooms and both showers had the same mildew/mold on them. The only thing that was great was the staff."

"I chose to stay at this location bc it was real close to my son’s dorm. The facility was beautiful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was the water in the shower was cold and even having it all the way on hot it was freezing."

"We loved it for our first stay. Miss having coffee in the room but it’s available 24 hours in the lobby. Only eggs had cheese and I don’t like cheese so that was a bummer. Only sausage for meat. It’s obviously had a lot of other choices in breads, muffins and bagels. But would have liked bacon also Happy to see a sugar free juice. Definitely more Urban/modern. But we would stay again. Very pleasant employees and knew their stuff!"
