A bridge too short ...either that or a very elaborate diving platform. For your added delectation this is bridge No BRB KCT 32.
Tongland Old Parish Church, Tongland, Dumfries And Galloway. Remains of old church (1773) in churchyard, with fragments of a C12 abbey or house of canons (attached to Whithorn).
A view of the Dee and hydroelectric power station taken from Tongland Bridge on June 18th, 2005. The piers in the foreground are the remains of a disused railway bridge, part of a branch line to Kirkcudbright. They were pulled down in early August, 2005.
