"There is a well-kept hiking train on the property and lots of cute places to enjoy the outdoors. The cabin itself was very cute. "

"Clean property, central location, perfect space for 5-6 people."

"Great location! Super nice property"

"Excellent property. Owners very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean basement apartment with comfortable bed and living room sofa. We really appreciated the full kitchen and nice big refrigerator as well."

"Great host… Best of the Best!"

"The space was clean and the Host was great. This was perfect for my Daughter and I on our visit to KU. It was a perfect location. The parking was great and it was within walking distance of Mass St. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I enjoyed a quiet stay. The place was very clean and I loved the old school theme “back in time”."

"Clean, well decorated space making you feel right at home in an instant! Minutes walk from Mass St, which is the heart of the downtown, with so many shops and eateries. We enjoyed taking a short walk to get morning coffee and just walk the strip several times. Parking right outside. We traveled across the country staying in many Vrbo's so the little details at this location like cotton swabs in the bathroom and laundry soap were pleasant bonuses. Definitely would stay here again!"

"So perfect! Super duper clean and comfortable! Staying here again, for sure, when we are in town!"

"Great experience! Love the location, super clean, fun loft vibe, and very nicely appointed. Two queen beds and two full bathrooms - very spacious. Would love to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!!"

"Very clean rooms. Very good communication with the host."

"The location was fantastic. We walked to David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium for a football game. The place is perfect for 2 people, anymore than that might be a bit tight. Prompt communication throughout our stay."

"Everything went well only 1 minor hiccup and it was taken care of quickly"

"Rock Chalk Villa is close to the university, restaurants, and a short drive from downtown Lawrence. The apartment was extremely clean and cozy, with new kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer combo, and large screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. The host, Alex, was very communicative and thoughtfully responded to questions via email almost immediately. Check-in and check-out were very smooth - a nice touch is that property rules, how to access wi-fi, and check-out info was available...

"Loved the quiet and the location. Close to the track. Highly recommend"

"We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and had great communication from start to finish, always responding quickly to any questions we had. One of our favorite parts was being able to go out and help feed the animals. It made our stay such a unique and memorable experience. The property is a beautiful area with a peaceful atmosphere away from the city. Everyone we met was so kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend staying here to...
