"Great property! Our only wish was for the loft bedroom to be comfortable enough to inhabit. Despite the portable floor A/C, the room was blisteringly hot."

"This river house was a great find. The house is clean and has plenty of space. The access to the river is fantastic and was enjoyed by everyone. We brought own tubes and were able to float from the bridge to the cabin. Perfect spot for a mini-getaway."

"spacious property"

"Beautiful house and view- bit of a hike to waterfront"

"This property truly exceeded our expectations. The grounds are huge and beautiful...you could spend hours just relaxing particularly in the swinging 'egg chairs'! Distance from Front Royal was just perfect at 10 to 15 minutes. The real surprise though was the size of the cottage. With a party of 4, including 2 older teenagers, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath can run a bit small. The common living space...living room and kitchen in particular...are very spacious. While we only had 2 nights this trip, I...

"What a lovely secluded spot! We only went for one night, but will try to go stay longer next time! They have a well equipped kitchen and it’s far from town, so I’ll plan to pack food to prepare there next time. Cannot wait to go again ASAP! By the way, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Thank you for the lovely, clean and well equipped VRBO!"

"Our family of six (2 kids in college, 2 kids in high school) had a wonderful time here, stopping one night on our travels up the east coast."

"Upon arrival there was a couch sitting on the walkway to the front door with a "Free" sign on it. There was no manual explaining: 1) The use of portable heaters or baseboard heaters2) Things to do upon entering or leaving2) Local attractions4) Emergency contact informationDid find a single sheet under the silverware tray in a drawer the next morning. It did contain a few of the above items.Dirty pancake turners, still had dried egg on them. We had to buy several pans and skillets because there...

"Nice place, comfortable bed. Close to hiking in the area."

"awesome stay we will love to go again"

"The Reel It Inn Cabin is clean and cozy, stocked with everything you need for a nice get-away. The hot tub was lovely especially on the clear crisp nights we had for our stay. Stargazing while hot tubbing? Yes please! The hosts made sure to communicate anything we needed to know for our stay and even let us know how to reach them once we were at the cabin. 10/10 will stay here again! "

"We absolutely lived it! I grew up on a farm and unfortunately have been stuck in urban/suburban places for the last 13. It was so wonderful to be right in the middle of an adorable farm with all the fuzzy and feathered friends!! The tiny house is beautifully and thoughtfully done. All the comforts of home, and then some! The hosts were so warm and welcoming. We only wish we had stayed longer, honestly. We were too late in deciding and it had already been booked. Next time, we will stay longer!...

"Ten stars! Circle F was as described and so much more! It was extremely clean and supplied with everything needed for our stay and more. Sarah and Dale came up on horseback to feed the sheep & even offered to make us a fire in the fire pit, which was encircled by Adirondack chairs for the ultimate view of the Allegheny mountains. It is such a cool place on the top of a mountain! We will definitely go back there!"

"Very cute and clean home. The location was great and Vanessa was awesome to work with"

"We loved this place; we had a great time with my family. 100% recommended—we’ll definitely be back.It has everything you need—trust me, you're going to have a great time"

"Nice, quiet and private, we sat outside and heard the birds, a few airplanes flew over now and again, but so nice and quiet. I really liked the soft bed, felt so good and slept well. My wife enjoyed the hot tub, For me, they are a waste of time. :-) but I know every one else loves them. The kitchen and living room was nice and tasteful. We wanted time to sleep, sit and read, and rest. It was great for that. I was pleasantly surprised what great food we found in Lurray. Did not take time to...

"Call ahead to make sure the house keeping was actually done before you arrive. Or you can expect to be greeted by the following: unflushed poop, hair in the drains, dirty microwave, dirty underwear on the floor. We have pictures of everything. The "management company," needs to be replaced. Even after we got the house keepers to come back and prepare the house, the bed sheets had not been changed. Dead bug when we pulled the sheets back. Still dirty bathrooms with hair. A stench of bleach and...

"The property is very private on an amazing lot. The house is also only 20min from Shenandoah park. The house had a hot tub, fire pit, and new finished basement that we all enjoyed."

"Very nice, and quiet place toSpend the weekend Great little getaway spot."
