"良かった点ワンフロアでとても広く小さな子供が暴れてもあまり気にしなくてよかったです。プレイルームが別部屋にあり、時間を気にせず遊べるのが最高でした。また宿泊横に温泉があり、割引券もあったので入浴は温泉に入れるのが良い点でした。悪かった点建物が古い為か部屋全体がカビ臭かったでした。臭いやアレルギーが気になる方にはちょっと。っていう感じでした。"

"Luxurious glamping experience. 2 double bedding for 4 in tent is very comfortable, charging points for electronics well positioned at bedside table, impressed that tent comes with air conditioner n towels. Felt safe with no issue about security. Common toilets n bathroom a short walk away n has all amenities needed. Dinner n breakfast are delicious with free flow of water/juices/coffee till 11pm. A big thank you to all staff enabling such nice experience!"

"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. "Very nice hotel! Comfortable rooms that are very clean. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were excellent and well worth the add on fee. The onsen is nice but a bit small and they should leave the onsen open till 10 am in the morning so you can get breaky they take a last soak before 11 am checkout. Stayed in summer so the rates were very reasonable. They had construction going but the improved rooms were fantastic. There is a ski field right next door and you can ski right up to the hotel and they have ski lockers. If I skied I’d stay there. It is out of the way so you need a car, there is a bus but I highly suggest wheels. Overall very happy with my three nights there fishing the local rivers."

"Setsu Niseko exceeded our expectations in every way from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. All the staff were fantastic. The food we had there from breakfast to dinner ramen and pizza were amazing. But the best part was the size of our room and the views we wake up to everyday for 6 amazing days. Definitely coming back to this stunning hotel."

"Amazing hotel with great staff and beautiful suite. Breakfast was incredible but dinner options were limited. Could not get into their Japanese restaurant even though booking day in advance. When booking their Italian restaurant, they said they only had one table left by entrance door. I pushed for a window seat and said we would be out in an hour. Anyway, the restaurant was never more than half full and we never had to move. Made me wonder if we should have headed over to the Japanese restaurant and seen if it was actually full. Not sure what all the fuss was about but a bit concerning given there is nowhere else to eat nearby and this is the slow season. Where do people eat when the hotel is full?"

"Great central location between upper and lower Hirafu, with roomy-modern condo style layout. Open kitchen/dining/living area with complimentary wine, fruit, eggs, milk, coffee to help you start the day. The only drawback is that Niseko is very quiet in early June, with the restaurants in the hotel and most in the surrounding closed. The coffee shop in Chatrium re-opens in mid-June while other restaurants in Hirafu also re-open thereafter."

"Our stay at this Hilton was very pleasant. All the hotel staffs that we had contacts with all speak English, until many hotels that we have stayed in Japan for the past two months. The hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with one hotel staff name Winter, her name tag said she is the hotel’s Journey Ambassador. Winter’s service, attitude and the way she treated us was EXCEPTIONAL! We booked a very nice corner room with great views, only one room like ours per hotel floor. However, there was no internet signal in our room. Winter not only brought in a hotspot device, but she was very patient and courteous, and helped each of us connected with the hotel’s wifi. Then we met Winter again in the hotel restaurant, Winter was not only attentive, but she followed up with us, treated us like true VIPs. She was sincere and genuinely nice. She made sure that not only every need was provided but every unspoken desire was satisfied. Truly exceptional and extraordinary service. The encounter with this one hotel staff truly made us want to stay at this Hilton again should we come back to Hokkaido in the future. Thank you Winter, you made my wife and my 88 year old mother-in-law fekt so welcomed and that we are grateful for your service and your hospitality. Hilton should be proud to have an employee like Winter. I wish all my employees are like Winter!!!"
