"The lake view and sunset were great! Nice walk on a great sandy beach. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave us ideas on where to eat!"

"Very clean, great breakfes and the rate was about average for the Wausau/Merrill WI area."

"The room was clean, bed was comfortable, but there the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, had to use bar of soap on the sink. The hotel in general was good for the price. Pool and hot tub were great until the girls fast pitch softball team took it over which seems to be the norm these days. "Very nice trip with our grandson"

"Clean and comfortable room"

"This is a Gem. Our room was very clean, small, cozy & very comfortable. We only stayed one night in this quiet little town and it worked out great for the wedding. Will stay here again if ever in the area. Beds were very much to my liking. Comfortably firm pillows also very nice. Wifi worked great & is much needed in this area. Bathroom is very well lit. Parking right outside the room makes for easy in & out. Thanks it was a great stay."

Check in is contactless and we had a small hiccup there but we received a call from staff to clear it up and answer any questions. The property we rented ended up being the entire two bedroom cottage next to the motel which was likely the office or owners quarters once upon a time. The one issue that we had was that the bedrooms are very near the road in that particular unit and the existing windows did...
