Lovely small inn located in a quiet area with wonderful arabesque decor throughout, spacious rooms with comfortable bed and a unique experience in the Arab baths. Would definitely stay here again!
Lovely hotel with Arab baths. We got to enjoy the baths and massages (which were very well priced). The hotel is small but has all you need and our room was very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful (ordered taxis for us). Walkable for all of Toledo with nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.
The “Nordic pool” experience is amazing. The staffs are friendly. The room is already cool when we came and that was heavenly after being outside at 33C
Our stay was magical. The staff are friendly, kind, professional and tend to any need you may have. The rein was large, beautiful, clean and comfortable. We reserved time in the Arab baths and had a massage after. It was relaxing and revitalizing. We will definitely return one day!
Absolutely amazing hotel stay for 2 nights in this beautiful hotel. We stayed in a deluxe double room with a 4 poster bed. Dressing gowns and slippers provided. Plenty of lovely toiletries and a very comfortable bed. We slept well! Importantly, the room also had fantastic air con and when it’s 34C outside it was a welcome sanctuary.
Underneath the hotel are beautiful thermal spa baths with a steam room. This was included in our stay and we were served the most delicious tea and biscuits (gluten free was also provided). We cannot praise this hotel and its staff strongly enough. If you are coming to Toledo, stay in this hotel, you won’t regret it :)

Arabian nights in Toledo
This hotel is in a very old building but they have done a great job with it. If you like Marriott type hotels don’t stay here. There is no elevator. Narrow stone stairway to climb with bags. The place is old but immaculate. Arabian baths were great. Only complaint is they need to upgrade their bedding and towels. White 100% cotton should be used in a hotel. Staff is wonderful
The cons: Our room (Lavanda) was not clean and it lacked maintenance. There was mold on the roof and on the bathroom tiles, and fungi in the coffee machine in the bedroom. If you have respiratory issues or allergies this can be quite terrible, and it made it hard to spend the night. The towels didn’t smell all that well either.
The woman who checked us in was very nice, but when we checked out and mentioned the issues the receptionist didn’t seem to care too much.
The pros: the baths are really good, the location is good and a few minutes away from pretty much everything.
This place was wonderful. A feeling like you are in the old world but with some comforts of today. The Arabian baths were fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay.
Best hotel to stay at! If you are visiting Toledo, this should be on your bucket list of places to see. The Turkish bath experience will last you a lifetime! I strongly recommend this place. The staff is very nice and friendly.
We had a wonderful stay and greatly enjoyed the baths. The staff was as friendly as one could wish for. The rooms showed some early signs of aging, yet nothing that would taint the nice experience. We stayed two nights and had the breakfast, which was delivered to the room. With the variety of great restaurants around, I'm not sure I would do that again, though. Great place for couples, we'd surely come again.

Disliked: Amenities
Pros:
Location, history, bath/pools, they let me check in an hour early, good customer service.
Cons:
Wifi did not work, bugs flying in/around my room, strange odor to room
This was, hands down, the most amazing stay I ’ve ever had at a hotel. It cost a fraction of what it was worth, and included in the initial fee was our room and board, luggage storage before checkin, and a visit to the baths. The staff were lovely, and they were able to explain in depth the history of the building and the baths. They brought us tea during our allotted time, brought us an amazing breakfast in bed (again, for a fraction of the cost I feel it was worth) and were overall just amazing hosts. If you are looking for a place to stay in Toledo, this place deserves every cent of your money. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!
