"Clean room and bathrooms, and the free breakfast and luggage storage were great amenities as well. Would absolutely recommend for a short term stay in Shinjuku."

"Such a great place to stay at! The room was nice and clean with plenty of space for my luggage. I really liked how the spaces were decorated too. The amount of umbrellas available for use was pretty nice too. Everyone that worked there was very nice, patient, and friendly to talk with. I hope their cafe is successful for them! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in Asakusa!"

"This is the nicest one star hotel I’ve ever been in. I stayed in 3 star hotels that were not as nice. Great area but a little far from a train station. Very comfortable beds. And well priced "

"A very friendly, clean and quiet hotel; a welcome place to rest after a day of action out in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The staff take great pride in how they welcome and help their guests and everything is spotless. Highly recommend!"

"My 2 nights stay was terrible because I had a very big quarrel with another guest; was allotted a bed in the female room by a woman named Nana;the first night was fine but on the second night, came back from late night work, was tired and I just needed a good night sleep but as I went to my allotted bed,a Chinese guest came in and started shouting and screaming loudly at me,saying that was her bed;there was no staff member to solve the issue; had the worst experience in my entire life"

The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
10/10 Excellent
"The room was a little older but the size of the room was good. Bigger than normal Japanese size hotel rooms. The king size bed was great. Very convenient, located in Haneda Airport Terminal 3."
The Prince Park Tower Tokyo - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, LVX Collection
10/10 Excellent
"This was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I wanted to take my time to write a truly thoughtful and detailed review because this place absolutely deserves it.
During my stay in Japan, I stayed at several different hotels while visiting multiple cities, and none of them were able to surpass the expectations set by this one. This was the first hotel of my trip, and it instantly became one of my all-time favorites.
The location was excellent, the staff was outstanding, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in my life. Out of all the countries I have visited, this hotel easily offered the best breakfast experience. The views were beautiful, the gym was great, and the spa and massage services were exceptional.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with incredible hospitality — even walking me all the way to the front to assist with my Uber. Every single detail was taken care of, and the entire experience was flawless. I honestly cannot find a single thing to complain about.
I normally do not write reviews, but this stay truly deserved an exceptional one. This hotel has set the bar extremely high, and I genuinely believe it will be very hard for any other hotel to surpass this experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

"Everything was spot on , ckean rooms , staff was superb, but what stood out was just a chill vibe.
I hope to come back some day and spend a little more time in there. "
