"The hospitality of Nori-san, Chie, and their family made our stay so enjoyable. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and shared wonderful details about their beautiful, nutritious, farm-to-table meals. We even got to tour their farm, learn about rice planting, and spot a precious firefly. The house is bright and clean, overlooking rice paddies, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. It's also centrally located in Akita, making it easy to visit spots like Lake Tazawa,...

"Taka, our host, was outstanding. Even if you’re not into surfing (which we’re not) this is a great place to stay. If you’re a surfer, this may well be paradise."

"非常西洋派的旅館，很適合要來藏王花很多天雪的人～～飯店人員也都是外國人（為了來滑雪打工換宿那種），氣氛很有趣！ 離看樹冰的纜車比較遠（約步行15分鐘），另外如果有大件行李，建議走溫泉街上去，旁邊的車道比較危險。最後，早餐好吃🙂"

"Very friendly and helpful host and staff. The place is brand new and has all the amenities of highest standards. It's very clean too. You won't be disappointed. It is very close to the shore and in a quiet neighbourhood. Well, the whole Ooma was very quiet :) Although via text messaging, the communication with the host was quick and efficient.
