Gorgeous Villa overlooking Todi

"The views from Gian's property are amazing and it is so peaceful and spacious. We stayed for a week and are a family of 5 and there was so much space for us. Gian was an excellent host and gave us lots of recommendations for local sites, parking, drinks, etc. There are lots of lovely towns and villages within easy distance and the local town of Todi is gorgeous to wander around, plus has a decent supermarket for supplies. The pool is big and has amazing views from it with plenty of loungers. Slightly more shade around it would have been great in very hot August weather.The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of everything, the beds are comfy and the house stayed cool during hot days, though we did use the aircon at night.We would definitely recommend this house and would like to return sometime"

"Breakfast looks just like the pictures associated w/ the hotel. It's just an amazing sight. It's hard to choose your meal with this abundance of options. Additionally staff were helpful w/ bus tickets and information. "Old town" is quite a ways up the hill and worth every step. Pleasant gardens are also nearby."

"Très belles maisons en pierre avec une vue magnifique sur les monts ombriens Piscine très agréable ( 6 enfants dans la famille ) Chambres confortables dont certaines avec climatisation très utile par ce temps de canicule Cuisine bien équipée et terrasse agréable pour dîner en famille le soir Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire très sympathique et francophone !"
