"We couldn’t get into the place. We arrived and there was no one anywhere on the property. Didn’t seem like there were any guests either. The reception was completely empty. It was very eerie and we drove far out of our way for this place. We left and had to drive all the way to Cancun. Worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. Refund my money immediately please. Thank you. Arthur"

"Excellent stay, great for airport coming or going to Merida, buses for public transportation everywhere, Ubers very affordable. Taxi available also. Hotel has restaurant on site food pretty good. Burger King , Subway and a coffee shop very close."
