"A++ Staff!!! This maybe some of the kindest and most accommodating customer service I've had at any hotel ever (And I'm nomadic). The friendliness and helpfulness when I arrived was that of a five star hotel. The property itself isn't the most modern decor. But it's super clean and woke up. Location is great I would stay here again if I came back to town."

"We stayed to travel on the Bernina Express and the hotel was perfect for that. It is only 200 metres from the entrance to the station. Comfy bed, good restaurant and everything we needed for our overnight. Only downside is no aircon which could be bad in high temperatures, although the rest of the restaurant has aircon and they do supply a fan. Also ladies, if you need it bring your own hairdryer!! The one supplied is not great!!"
