"Wasn’t a bad place for a low budget stay. Could use updating, no real amenities to this property and it is not appealing when you drive up as one big window has mattresses and furniture stacked up against it. Beds were okay, pillows were not hotel quality, internet was not great and TV had about 25 channels and low quality, but it worked for a quick cheap option. Rooms were clean, air conditioning was good, showers were hot and it was relatively quiet while we were there. Close to most everything in Kokomo so it is convenient."

"Our first room had an oily floor and mold in the bath tub. The second room was a bit better but was very worn. The staff were great. The got us the second room right away. Very helpful."
