"I was incorrectly charged for an international phone call I did not make! The staff refused to let me leave and were extremely unhelpful. I had just had surgery on my foot and they said they wanted £300 for a wheelchair. We then asked for help with our bags due to my surgery and they said they didn’t have anyone to help until 7pm… it was 4pm. Just extremely unhelpful, I have complained to the hotel asking for a refund for the call and they are yet to respond."

"The hotel is only about 25 minutes drive from the airport. It’s located next to a sandy beach and a private yacht club. It’s a little bit remote but taxi is quite cheap, so travelling to central Hong Kong is not a problem. The seaview room is spacious and has a nice view of the yacht club, sea front, swimming pool and garden. The fitting and fixtures are a bit dated. The cleaning is ok but can be better - the interior of the cupboards and wardrobe is very dusty and seems to be never cleaned....
