We are glad to invite you in our Penthouse, situated on the 6th floor of a new building.

Special design by high ceiling architecture combined with modern furniture will give you the feeling of space and comfort.
The Penthouse has a spacious livingroom, a 120 sqm terrace and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
Fully equiped kitchen if you feel like cooking.
The place can provide full comfort for up to 6 guests.
5 minutes away by car from Iulius Mall and Business area and 7 minutes away by car from the city center attractions:
pubs and clubs, art and culture, parks and restaurants.

* 120 sqm Terrace with a lounge area if you want to have a bootle of wine in the evening and a 6 person massive wood table
if you feel like having the dinner with a view of the whole city. We offer you a 2019 top of the market gas grill if you
want to cook something outside and if the sun is still up you can use our provided beach chairs to relax and tan.

King size bed with wonderfull 2 velux windows so you can admire the stars from the bed and a private dressing room.

Double bed with a small private terrace.

Main bedroom with king size bed, professional make-up setup and big clothes wardrobe.

Every room has air conditioning and blinds just in case you need to take a nap in the middle of the day.

The washing machine/dryer is helpful during longer stays.
Besides the parking places on the street we offer a private parking place ( remote controlled access).
