"Upon checking in, I found the room to be unclean, with blood stains on the bathroom towel and a shower handle that was completely detached. I was then required to change rooms and move all of my belongings to a different building after the issues with the room were discovered, and no assistance was offered during the process. The room itself was extremely small and had a very strange, impractical layout. The bed was also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest after a long day of travel. Upon check in, they also wanted to charge me an additional 10 euros per day to store my bicycle, which I had never heard about before. The only positive aspect of this property is the exterior of the building, which looks much better than the actual rooms inside."
