"Ollie could not do enough to make us feel welcome, the rooms were spotless and had everything you needed But really stood out was the fact our ferry was cancelled and had to book another night at last minute, he had no problem with doing this and when asked how much we owed him on check out he would accept any money, just said he was please could make our inconvenience a little better, this will now be our favourite accommodation when visiting family, amazing stay! "Excellent from start to finish, the welcome at the front desk, lady with blonde hair, very nice, to the rooms, which were very spacious, and 2 double beds which was great, to the food in the restaurant, the stir fry was gorgeous, the baileys sauce was fab, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the ambience in the foyer was so calm and relaxed, it was nicely decorated for Christmas, the outside of the hotel was nicely lit up with lovely reindeers."
