Access the beach just down the street to the end of Meares Avenue NW, or head down the road a bit further to Cape Meares Beach where you will find hiking trails and Cape Meares Lake. Tillamook is only eight miles to the east where you will find major shopping, groceries, necessities, and more. And be sure to visit the world-famous Tillamook Creamery and indulge in some delicious cheese and ice cream!

Beautiful stay

This house was absolutely beautiful. We had 5 guest and there was plenty of room. We loved everything about our stay at this house. We had ocean views from both the upstairs bedroom and downstairs bedroom. The hot tub was very nice and a great way to end our evenings. I would definitely recommend this house and stay here again.

Fantastic stay

Great experience

Great location and home in a fantastic spot. Cape Meares feel’s secluded and private, but with all the needed amenities within a short drive. Beautiful home and large yard; amazing ocean views and a short walk from beach access. Would definitely consider staying in this home again in the future!

The perfect cozy getaway!

My boyfriend, pup and I had SO much fun staying at this cute beach house. The dog loved the having a large fenced in yard to play in. With a 5 minute walk to the beach and short car ride to Oceanside and Tillamook, this location couldn’t have been any better for us. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace while playing the offered board games. The hot tub made for a great experience after the chilly beach trips. Will definitely be back!!The only downside was the privacy issue. There are only half curtains on the windows so we felt like we were in a fishbowl. Hopefully the neighbors didn’t see anything!!

Comfortable stay

We love Cape Meares and we enjoyed this comfortable home. The dogs loved the large, fenced yard and the three block walk to the beach was perfect. The hot tub was lovely. We had significant WiFi issues, so don’t plan on having it and just unplug while relaxing in this cozy home.

Weekend at the beach

This is a great house, short walk to the beach. The hot tub was clean and well maintained, the upstairs bedroom has a nice sitting area with a view of the ocean. The house had everything we needed. We’d stay again.

Vacation

As soon as i walked in, there was a very strong yuk smell. Old gross carpet is what i found. The water pressure was not good. Sometimes i could take a long hot shower, other times, i ran out of hot water quickly. There is a carpet upstairs that i tripped and fell over because the edge won't stay down. Three hour tub gave me chemical burns because the chemicals were too high. The next day it was cloudy.The tools for the fire place were weak and broken. Other than that, the stay was nice. Everything worked, nice veiws, warm home, fake safe. The carpet was nasty because it's old.
