"Helpful staff"

"Je vous recommande cette hôtel, tout près de aéroport 5 minutes, Le personnel très accueillant et disponible et le déjeuner était excellent et belle chambre avec espace. Si je reviens au Népal c est sûr que reserve encore cette hôtel. Micheline du Canada ."

"It was ok as a base but the facilities were not great. I had no creamer for my coffee."

"Everything was amazing at the hotel. The staff was so helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement that I have is to upgrade the toilets. They were kind of disgusting to look at."

"The rooms need updating. For our stay there were crowded tourist groups in the hotel. They were very loud and unfortunately they pur us at the same floor with them. We were very tired and cannot change the room. Breakfast quite mediocre. The location is far from city center."

"Very basic hotel, didn’t respond to our shuttle pick up request, the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but our room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The door beeped when closed, had to call the front desk a few times. Not a hotel I recommend unless you are in a pinch."

"Everything about this place is top notch. It’s clean - and I mean clean, clean - , the staff is fantastic, food is great, and the rooms are spacious. Good location, too. We were made feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and they remembered me by name or room number without me having to say anything. Wonderful. Nepal itself is absolutely amazing, too. One of the best trips of our lives. City is super clean; no garbage bags scattered everywhere and no sewage- or garbage-smells. Artisans...

"Great location, very kind staff who work hard to create a charming unique hotel in busy Thamel area. Courtyard is lovely. Breakfast options are delicious. Staff are very helpful and patient. Like the suggestions for walks, restaurants, etc that hotel sent out as well. Highly recommend"

"The grounds were beautiful though the room is dated. Staff is great. 5 star service. However there is no indoor pool as claimed in property details on Expedia."

"Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. Nice spa and gym. Restaurant on site. Especially veg. Momo was excellent!"

"Clean well maintained room with very respectful staff that accommodates needs and requests. Nearby Boudhanath stupa and shops."

"Convenient location, a little noisy for my taste at night, has casino on bottom floor."
