Direct access to the ski slopes by lift from the building.

Renovated in 2024, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen), electric heating. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony, south-west facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
