No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. "La atención por parte del personas es increíble, tanto el chico encargado, como las camareras y la gente de cocina, o del bar, creo que recibí un trato muy cordial por parte de todos. El servicio de desayuno está bien, y la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, está al lado de las pozas termales o del río. Sin duda si vuelvo a Arnedillo repetiré mi estancia con ellos."
