"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

"There was just enough parking, the instructions on how to enter the property was simple & accurate. The room was perfect for an overnight stop, bed clothing was fresh & clean. The shower was on the small size (I’m Big) other than that great."

"We truly enjoyed our stay The room was very clean, however the mattress was not so comfortable and the pillows were very flimsy. The room we stayed in was right next to the doors for the stairs so we heard the doors slamming quite often, perhaps a soft close door could solve this problem. Other than this the hotel is very well kept and in a wonderful location mins from the City Centre, without all the noise. The garden was a nice place to spend some quiet time and the pubs across the road were...

"After a hiccup during the check in process for which the host was extremely helpful, the rest of the stay was amazing. The apartment is as listed, in the center of town, easy access from everything. The rooms are small but very well appointed and comfortable. It was overall a wonderful experience."

"Place was great location, very central. Room was clean. Great area to get on buses and walking distance to lots of food and shops in the area. Due to the central location, the outside environment could feel a little bit concerning with strangers outside place. The room was extremely hot, little air circulation."
