Luxury house 4 people with large terrace in Matagorda

Villa Princesa Sonia is a beautiful independent house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom located in one of the most demanded areas of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. It is within a very quiet tourist urbanization with beaches, shopping centers and a fabulous sea avenue.
The villa belongs to my family for over 35 years. In 2018 we completed a comprehensive reform of the villa to modernize it and prepare it for the holiday rental. As can be seen in the photos, we spare nothing to achieve a spectacular result, both inside and outside. The house maintains the traditional essence of Canarian architecture: volcanic stone, white walls, typical chimneys, straight lines ... but now it has a more modern, fresh, cozy style ... Light enters everywhere.
The house has a master bedroom with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and soundproof windows. In this bedroom there is a double bed. The mattress is high-end with measures 150cm x 200cm. Comfort and rest is guaranteed. In addition, there is a safe in the closet for your valuables.
In the secondary bedroom there are two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is a large window with soundproof crystals.
The villa has two outdoor areas where you can enjoy the magnificent climate of the Canary Islands. In front of the living room there is an outdoor dining area covered with a traditional style white wooden pergola. The dining room and terrace are joined by sliding aluminum doors. In addition, there is a large solarium with artificial grass and a large tree. There are four sunbeds and an umbrella. It is the best area of the house for sunbathing. There is an outdoor shower ideal for cooling off or removing sand when you return from the beach.
The dining room is one of the best areas of the house. It is equipped with air conditioning. The TV is a 50-inch Samsung with SmartTV (NetFlix, Youtube, Amazon, ...). There are foreign channels in open in different languages. In addition, some Spanish television channels broadcast part of their content in English.
The bathroom has a white walk-in shower with a large glass screen. There are shelves with glass shelves to place the towels. Both the toilet and the toilet are designer pieces of the Roca brand. There is a hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare any type of food. There are small appliances and kitchen utensils.
The house has a closed patio where to do laundry and hang clothes. There is a washing machine, ironing equipment and is supplied with all necessary cleaning products, including detergent and fabric softener.
Near the villa there is an apartment complex and a hotel with a swimming pool. In both, access is allowed to bathe in the pool without paying. A stone's throw away, it has the beach and Matagorda Avenue. In the villa you have beach towels.
Right in front of the villa, there is a small bazaar to buy bread, drinks, ice cream, foreign press, ...
Guests have outdoor parking inside the property. It is free and normally no reservation is necessary.
We have, on request, a cot and high chair for families traveling with babies. Tell us when you book.
We care about the environment like you, that's why the villa uses solar energy to heat sanitary water. In this way we reduce energy consumption and contribute among all to pollute less. Water is a very scarce resource in Lanzarote. Unlike other islands such as La Palma (Canary Islands), there are no natural sources of water here. All fresh water is obtained from desalination of seawater in a process that consumes a lot of energy. We encourage you to make responsible water consumption during your stay. Lanzarote is a world biosphere reserve and with your grain of sand it will continue to be so for many more years.
