"It’s only for one night I said. Big mistake. Stayed over on a Saturday night for a cruise the next day. Room was clean but the bed was hard as a rock. No toppers available. Anyhow, just for one night. Anyhow, 10pm on Saturday and over the road the bar kicked off with really loud music. And it didn’t stop until 4am. Virtually in the room with us. All good. Until 7am when the church bells started ringing. On the hour until 9am. Horrendous. Avoid at all cost."

The older gentleman was super sweet and helpful and really was the only reason we stayed. They keep the front doors locked at all times and this should have been our first clue.
