"All the booking and check-in/keys were exchanged online. Hotel access and room access are via your phone, though there is always a member of staff in 'the flat' on the top floor if any help is required. (A conventional 'key card' can also be provided up there) Really convenient location, just 10 mins from centre by tram or bus, and the stop is literally at the door of the Hotel! Geneva Tourist board currently provides a free travel pass within Zone 10 of the city for those staying at hotels and other establishments. (Look it up - don't know if it will always be provided free!) This covers bus, ferry boat (mouettes), tram, train travel within that zone for the duration of the stay, and it arrived by email a few days before our arrival in the city. This means it can be used to get to/from the airport as it is within the zone. In opposite direction from town there's a direct tram to CERN (in the zone too!) for those visiting there, maybe 15 min journey. Plenty of restaurants nearby and there's a supermarket entrance right next to the hotel entrance. Also a couple more supermarkets within a couple of hundred metres. Free Laundry facilities on top floor along with free fruit, free tea and coffee and kitchen facilities up there. Our suite came with kitchen, but maybe not all have that. Also a free pool table, and computer games on top floor.
Overall a great stay! Thanks."
