This is a budget hotel and in an area that I've visited before in northeastern Scotland. There isn't much choice around there, so Premier Inn seemed a good choice. It was okay, but nothing to rave about. The toilet paper was sheets of thin (envision seeing through it) paper out of a dispenser...really?! Shower was difficult to maneuver. Had to ask for extra towels...2 sharing one room, which they knew as it was booked well in advance. Receptionist upon arrival was not terribly welcoming: as if reading from a script and not really making eye contact. The dining experience was, well, an experience. Dinner was almost inedible, and as nothing else nearby it had to do. Quality of food was pretty poor, and most of our dinner was wasted. Breakfast next morning, however, was very good, but at a price. Would I stay at a Premier Inn again? Probably not. They are relying on a captive audience in Thurso, for certain.

Was a great one night stay before out ferry to Orkney. However we arrived about 730 pm having driven from St Andrew's and were told no dinners were available unless we had already booked. So we had to scramble and find somewhere to eat. We went to the Indian down the street and bought a carry out back to the hotel. We wanted to just sit in the dining room to eat, but we were told we couldn't so we took it to our rooms, which wasn't ideal. If we had been warned ahead of time then it would have been easier to deal with. All we needed was an email or text earlier in the day to warn us. Otherwise hotel is nice and location was good.

The water in the shower was far too hot. There was a sign warning of hot water, but it was actually too hot to stand under, and i am an adult. There is no way you could have put a child in the shower. Apart from that, it is what you would expect from a Premier Inn.

Correct mais sans plus . Je connais bien Premier Inn , déjà séjourné à Dublin , Londres , etc ... Mais là ,pas mal de couacs quand même Système informatique en panne ... Un vendredi ! Restaurant fermé le Dimanche ... Ils étaient pas à la hauteur de la réputation de l'enseigne malheureusement

Hotellet va kanon om man skall hitta något att klaga på skulle det vara att personalen i restaurangen va lite väl långsam trotts att restaurangen bara va halvfull tog nog 20 min innan vi fick beställa

Goed gelegen hotel met grote parking. Voldoende grote kamers met airco. Goede bedden. Uitgebreid ontbijt, waarbij het enige dat ontbreekt kaas en vleesbeleg is. Personeel heeft speciaal chocomelk voor de kinderen gemaakt. Diner is ook van voldoende kwaliteit voor een ketenhotel. Enige nadeel zijn de vele meeuwen op de parking en hun uitwerpselen op je auto. Vlug afwassen is de boodschap voor dat die de verf aantasten.
