"Poucos funcionários, existe um bar na piscina que é permitida a entrada apenas para funcionários, mas não tem ninguém para atender. No café não fica alguém para repor alimentos que acabaram. Service is nice, and efficient through WhatsApp. Only one issue is the last night of my stay there are termites. I know that they are not harmful, but the wings and worms dropped on my baggage. I don’t know if there are efficient and sustainable way to avoid this or not. Guess it might be a common issue living in old buildings. Overall, Ouro Preto is so nice, worth coming and living for some time."
