My lock was very stiff, and I had some pretty noisy neighbours (the walls are thin), including some who seem to have (judging by the smell) defied the rules (there was a 100 euro fine for smoking) and smoked all night.
Worthwhile for the (cheap) price I paid, but others may find the thin walls and lack of toilet facility within the room (you had to go down a flight of stairs to the self-contained toilet, which didn't have a sink) offputting."
