"The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself has a nice location overlooking New Walk. Its an older building so there are a few creaky floorboards, not a big deal in itself, but other than that the stay was quiet and restful. No aircon in the room we had, not usually a problem but of course we picked the hotest June week on record... the room was equipped with a fan which helped. Very pleased with the hotel and would definitely stay there again. Car park was busy but we found a spot. Room and hotel in general were very clean."
