"I cannot say enough about our stay at Hand and Flower! The location was perfect (close to all modes of public transportation), the food was delicious (the inlcuded breakfast is the most generous we have ever experienced)… a comfy bed and updated amenities (charging stations, tea and coffee service, bathrobes)… this was our first visit to London and when we return we will be staying at The Hand and Flower!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location - easy to walk to cafes, major shops, tube station etc.
Owner and reception staff so friendly and helpful throughout.
Would definitely stay here again on any future trip to London."

"the Key code was wrong, it is smaller than expected, that is the bad here is the good, I had to call at just past midnight for the code and they answered and resolved the issue, it was nice and quite,"

"I arrived early in the morning and was able to check into the Strand Palace early. I had a small, single room, and it was wonderful, quiet, and clean. The area is safe, busy, with lots of shops and restaurants close by, and close to Covent Garden. What more could you ask for!"
"I was a solo traveler (female) and booked the King bed with Tower view. The space was absolutely perfect for one person, I stayed 5 days. My room was on the 4th floor and I was WOWED when I looked out the window. This was the same reaction from everyone I FaceTimed with and the cabbies I showed a picture to. One thing not advertised is the tower view includes the castle where the crown jewel is.
pros: under bed drawer can fit a suitcase if you put the spare pillows on the bed, shower is not cramped, you feel safe in the area, stunning tower view, self check in/out so no waiting, restaurant and coffee shop within hotel on first floor, the Underground is directly behind the property, two very short blocks to the pier, right across the street has an ice cream and coffee kiosk and a block away has souvenir stores and restaurants, and the remaining portion of the London wall is also right next door.
Cons: other than the tower and castle, there’s not really other attractions close although the amount of transportation options makes up for it. I wish the TV was setup like a traditional hotel versus relying more so on your Netflix account but the reality is, the room should only be to sleep and shower.
Next time, I plan to stay closer to bigger attractions but don’t get me wrong - the hotel is beautiful, in a quiet area if that’s important, and if you don’t mind opting for the transportation- absolutely stay here."
"This hotel just makes sense for when you are in London and want somewhere clean, safe ans modern to stay. Modern, clean and affordable in the heart of London. First time staying in a pod hotel. The bathrooms had underfloor heating, lots of space downstairs to chill, eat or work and the 24 hour self serve bar is such a good idea."
