"The room was barely adequate. I am not sure how they get away with having the “portable” bed frame and highly uncomfortable, barely full-sized bed. The light over the mirror was so dim with no other lights available. The bathroom was clean but rust was evident in many spots. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly but will not be recommending in the near future."

"Everything was clean. Check-in was fine. We stayed three nights. I have two complaints. We were on the third floor. Permanent sign on the 3rd floor ice machine was "OUT of Order. Use ice machine on the 1st floor" I feel if we're paying x number of dollars per night, they should have working ice machines on each floor. That's just me, OK. Maybe this wouldn't bother others. "Very old but nostalgic hotel. Very clean and some updated features which made stay similar to modern hotels. The staff was very courteous and professional. They were able to adjust our itinerary and refund for shortened stay. Would definitely stay again."
