"Oasia Hotel Novena is a great hotel and a hotel I would definitely recommend to others. The place is clean and kept clean. Wonderful and helpful staff. Breakfaat on the first floor is excellent, but I wish they had more options for breakfast at The Living. Location of the hotel is awesome, mall near by for a bunch of shopping options and food and a 24/7 7Eleven within 5 mins of walking. "My recent stay was excellent, largely due to the exceptional attention to detail from the front desk team. When a technical issue was discovered with my room door not locking properly, the staff acted immediately. They ensured my safety by swiftly moving me to a secure room and personally verifying the new lock functioned correctly before I entered. Their proactive approach to safety and genuine concern for guest security made me feel truly valued and protected throughout my visit."

"The facility is very clean; the staff is friendly & communicate valuable instructions in a timely fashion. check-in and out is extremely efficient. Also, the place is located next door to the Zhongshan mall which has a lot of affordable restaurants. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat."

"The room was nice, small, but very practical. I loved the bathroom (waterfall showerhead, bidet, etc). Checked out the pool on the rooftop and it was really nice too (didn’t get the chance to use it sadly but everyone who was using it looked so happy). The buffet style breakfast in the morning was PHENOMENAL. The mall next door was super useful and you could fine all sort of restaurants,shops, etc. I would love to stay here again when I visit Singapore."
