"This hotel it is extremely convenient close to the airport and very close to the UBC-O campus. It is comfortable, beds and pillows and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was not your ordinary continental breakfast, they offered variety of breakfast options thr suited my GF and DF family. Staff was also extremely helpful advisong how to navigate this town we had never visited"

"If you appreciate places with history and a bit of soul, the Eldorado stands out. It has that classic, almost European lakeside energy—nothing cookie-cutter about it. The setting is incredible, the vibe is quietly upscale, and it attracts a more refined crowd than most spots nearby. It’s become one of my favourite stays in Kelowna."

"We stayed 2 nights and requested the room be cleaned, but it wasn't cleaned when we came back."

"Kept finding spiders in the room. Kids yelled outside our door for over an hour the first morning. The check in desk (seemed always staffed) was same distance away. No way they didn’t hear it. Trying to find somewhere to park was a mess. Drove around up to 20 minutes and no matter where you park, everyone is close enough to ding each other. A few Saskatchewan and Alberta trucks took 2 spots (slanted parking) making it that much harder to find anywhere to park. Clearly not supervised lot. No restaurant until 3pm, bring your own breakfast and lunch, no gift shop or place to buy any forgotten items. "

"The cleanliness and friendly staff were 5 stars! The pool was okay, small swimming area however for teens the slide would be great! The breakfast was well stocked and the staff was lovely but the quality of food was poor. The waffle maker wasn’t hot enough so they didn’t cook, the pastries were very stale and the eggs tasteless. I expected more from a newer hotel!"

"Overall property quality and cleanliness were not up to my standards. Some examples the shower curtain was moldy, baseboards were extremely dirty, exterior maintenance was not well kept. Pool area smelled moldy and hot tub looked green. Bed sheets and mattress protectors barely covered the mattress. Shower towels were tiny and ripped. Our room did appear to have newer carpet and tile in the bathroom but the coffee table top was extremely damaged and needed to be discarded. Staff were nice but overall it appears the property is given as little attention as possible to keep costs down even though it was mid range price for Kamloops. "
