"There was no microwave oven. I am accustomed to stay in our hotels which round the clock coffee that was a surprise no around the clock coffee, and also no hot chocolate. Normally you have coffee, tea, or hot chocolate offered normally."

"the room was clean except there was no body wash in the refillable dispensers. we had to ask for it at the front desk. we also mentioned that the sliding “barn door” of the bathroom was hard to close and needed to be greased. they said they would send maintenance but never did. on the day of check out the wallpaper completely unraveled."
