Hot Springs Hotel and Spa

Hot Springs Hotel and Spa

8/10 Good
"We arrived when the temp was 105 degrees and none of the rooms had the air conditioning on making it hard to cool down. There was not enough staff to run the restaurant and bar. Not enough food on the buffet and it was cold. There were lots of tables that never got cleaned off because there was only one worker. Rooms need to be updated. "

"A very nice stay overall with a full kitchen, laundry and lots of space. There is a smell issue to deal with, probably due to the basement (the washer and dryer are at the top of the stairs from the basement). I would recommend putting some air filters into the living space to reduce odors from that. It’s not a major issue, but is noticeable. Great communication and helpful host, very convenient location!"

10/10 Excellent
" Great home base for Thermopolis! We had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely book again. The house was spotless from top to bottom, you could tell it's well cared for between guests. The host was also fantastic to work with, quick to respond to any questions and made check-in a breeze.Location-wise, it's hard to beat. We were just a short drive from several great restaurants in town, so dinner options were never a hassle after a long day out. And if you're into fishing like we are, this spot is ideal.Overall a clean, comfortable, well-located property with a host who clearly cares about their guests. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Thermopolis, especially fellow anglers!"
