I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. "Ausstattung war sehr einfach gehalten. Die Sessel total veraltet und durchgesessen. Da konnte man nicht sitzen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt aus den 90igern. Kein Service. Es ist kein Hotel zu wohlfühlen. Alles wird auf Sparflamme gehalten. Die Sauna ist defekt, oder wird zumindest so erklärt. Die Handtücher sind genauso alt wie die Einrichtung und völlig inakzeptabel. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar. Brötchen, 3 Sorten Wurst , 2 mal Käse, Eier gibt es auf Zuteilung das dauert dann 10 Minuten. Das Restaurant bietet maximal 3 Tagesgerichte , diese stehen angeschlagen auf einer Tafel. Der Gesamteindruck ist einfach schlecht! "
