"I'll share my experience from Oct 12 to Oct 17. First day, I checked in around 9am. It was too early but they kindly let me check in & gave me a room & I went to the room 420. My situation at that time was after over 20hours flight so I went to a restroom & opened an urinal. I literally got shocked because of witnessing a disastrous no2 sight. It was absolutely traumatic experience I never forget for the rest of my life. Then gave me another room 410 (no upgrade). As for the damage...

"It was clean and comfortable. Sadly with delayed flights we arrived late which they accommodated for and had to leave early the next morning. Only regret was we didn’t get more time at the accomodation."

"Clean rooms with fresh beddings"

"I have stayed here many times for convenience. Late-night arrival and early-morning departure from O R Tambo. All the rooms and the bar area desperately need refurbishment. Sheets are clean, though!"

"The hotel was in a convenient location and staff were incredible."

"The hotel was clean, modern and very sensitive to personal needs "

"Excellent stay, very close to the airport. Staff were super helpful."

"Perfect place to stay if you need to spend an overnight in Jo’burg. Amazing massage too."

"For an overnight before an adventure or a relaxing night before you go home, and being a few feet from tambo, it’s certainly worth the price."

"Gutes Hotel wenn man spät anreist und in der Nähe des Flughafens übernachten muss. Kostenloser Shuttle vom Flughafen."

"Great customer service."

"Very good and close to airport."

"Only stayed one night and arrived in the early evening and had difficulty finding the location, mostly because the roads in SA tend to not have working street lighting. Friendly well mannered Staff, felt happy the parking was secure enough, great breakfast, spacious but "worn" room with a good view of the river, noisy neighbours though. Had a good rest."
