"This is our 2nd time staying at this rental in Biddeford Pool.We are SO in love with this place! Our stay was very comfortable and cozy, a charming beachside cottage reminiscent of my childhood. No matter where I look out of our rental, it’s just beautiful! That wide view of the “Pool”, with the boats and rock formation's! Having the beach, a gorgeous beach, just a short walk across the street is conveniently perfect. We have found a few different paths in the woods by the beach off the parking lot, with awesome easily navigable paths to follow and explore.We love this place, we are looking forward to coming back year after year!Communication with Sarah, the host, is spot on. The cottage was clean, inviting and has everything we were looking for."

"This property was truly stunning with amenities that provided for a fantastic multigenerational family vacation. The pictures do not do the home justice and service and support were also incredible. The views are fantastic and the location was outstanding. We would absolutely book the same property again."

"This place was clean and exceeded what our expectations were for our needs. We are 5 adults 1 toddler and 1 dog. Having the beach right there made it so easy to enjoy are vacation without having to haul our things very far. Mornings we sat looking out at the ocean on the deck or on the couch with our coffee. It was beautiful and peaceful. 10 out of 10 experience."

"4 stars as basic bedding and towels were not including at this stay and unfortunately was not expressed prior to arrival but the home was a cute older style home with basic amenities including a bbq grill and beautiful covered porch and deck to enjoy meals! We spent most of the time at the ocean that was a nice short 5 minute walk! Laundry mat located 13 minutes away in town. Would recommend this stay and will come back!"

"Our Family had a wonderful time here. The house is in immaculate condition and just steps from an amazing beach with a lifeguard. Very accessible to walking and running paths. The house has plenty of privacy. I had 2 children with their spouses and children and the space worked great. Kim and Dave were excellent and responsive hosts."

"My family of 5, all adults at this point, stayed for a week at the Boathouse. The views from the house are amazing!! And there’s usually a wonderful breeze that blows on the covered porch. They had everything we needed to make dinners at home, and there was enough room for us to play games together at both the kitchen table and in the living room. I will say the kitchen table in the alcove is a little tight, but we made it work. We loved our stay and hope to go back."

"This property is beautiful, quiet, and wonderfully private. The house itself has a lot of unique charm, but given the high price point, we felt it was lacking some interior amenities. We had never had a host meet to check us in before, and then received communications almost everyday during our stay which felt a little intrusive. It’s overall a lovely setting and great location."
