"Our stay itself was fine, but our experience after checkout was incredibly disappointing. My sister accidentally left her makeup bag and an expensive set of makeup brushes bundled up in the bed sheets. We were in a rush checking out and didn’t think to double-check the beds before leaving. First thing the next morning, my sister called the hotel to see if anything had been found. She was told that nothing had been turned in. Since she was leaving the country, she stopped by the hotel in person...

"The room stinks tobacco, even if it was a non smoking room Not clean : a lot of disgusting sticky fingerprints in the kitchen Not enough towels, and even if I ask for more I have been told to deal with washcloths! The breakfast? Terrible ! It's just a poor snack to go ! No milk, no cereals, no chairs neither tables to eat ! Even the coffee was empty :-("
