Spacious and peaceful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on the Arkansas/Louisiana state line. All bedrooms are upstairs with living areas on the main floor. Enjoy quiet country living, a large yard, and a nice patio. Easy commute: 40 minutes to Monroe and an hour to #metadatacenter .

Two queen beds and 1 full.
. For extended stays, I’m flexible and happy to accommodate long‑term guests.

Guests have access to the entire home except one storage room on the second floor and one off the kitchen.
