"Love Hyatt Place😃 After parking Valet, we took the elevator up to check in which was super easy. This place was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, lobby and hallways smelled amazing and rooms were immaculate, so housekeeping is top notch here! Beds were a little uncomfortable and pillows could be better, but next time I will just bring my own, There was complimentary breakfast and you can't beat location. Centennial Park is just across the street and is a beautiful place with pathways, grassy areas and water features.There are so many food options within walking distance we never had to drive. Our concert venue was only 5-10 minutes away so we got an Uber once. We have already booked again for later this year, can't wait, we love it!"

"Our room was very nice and clean and the AC got really cold. Our bed was very soft and you could tell all the bedding was fresh. The bathroom and room itself were kind of small, but we were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the premade hot food was different each morning we were there. One morning was scrambled eggs and different kinds of sausages and the next morning it was egg white veggie omelets and potatoes with bacon. The staff kept the breakfast area well maintained and fresh. Valet parking was new to me, but was easy enough. Once we parked in valet we didn’t use our car again until we left because we were in walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do. Which was very convenient, and cheaper than driving everywhere and paying to park each time. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who asked for a recommendation for somewhere to stay in Atlanta."

"There are no words to describe how disappointing this hotel is. I planned a vacation for my elderly aunt and her adult son. My cousin who has an intellectual disability and my aunt arrived to the hotel and they noticed it had very little amenities and no water in the room. They knew this hotel was economy class so they just accepted it. On the second night, their toilet malfunctioned and my aunt had to change rooms and in doing so forgot her portable charger. When she sent my cousin to ask the front desk if housekeeping found the charger, the staff talk down to my cousin with intellectual disabilities and would not give him a straight answer. My aunt who does not speak English, was forced to have her son speak for her which led him to be embarrassed by the hotel staff. Mocking him and laughing at him behind his back. Not only did they steal my aunts property but they made fun of her son for having a disability. I completely understand you get what you pay for but to rob a senior citizen and to mock and make fun of the special-needs community is crossing the line."

"We stayed 3 with the grandkids we so enjoyed it this property it is located in the heart of the city. The ferris wheel was in our window and Olympic park was step's away. The breakfast and staff were top level excellent 👍👍"

"I would like to thank the entire staff for such a warm welcome from the time my family check in until the time we check out. The hospitality was amazing the art work fabulous the restaurant service phenomenal some of the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever tasted. The room was very clean and beds were so comfortable if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay Hotel Phoenix is it look no further. My family and I can not wait to visit Atlanta again our home away from home thank you to the entire staff at Hotel Phoenix."

"The parking wasn’t to my liking. And that traffic down there on Saturday night was ridiculous. Other than that my stay was great! Hotel is beautiful, rooms were very nice and comfortable."
