"I would stay here again, it’s good value and well located. Staff were great. Main bar and reception facilities all in good order, check in great. Rooms and restaurant particularly are a little antiquated compared to other Novotel properties. I was uncomfortable using the room coffee machine because there was stagnant water. In my cupboard the spare duvet was open and I could see stains, the rooms could probably benefit from more thorough cleaning and replenishment of lotions etc, I was without hand wash and conditioner throughout my 2 night stay."

"The beds were very comfortable for my family and me. We slept well and my 12 yo loved the comfort of the pullout sofa. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with a beautiful view of the Koeien Veld Park. The best feature was the hotel’s location just steps from Den Haag Centraal station. We walked from the station to the hotel: no need for an Uber. Also, the hotel offered bike rentals which allowed us to explore the city on bike. We will definitely return to this hotel."

"Breakfast was great! Staff are wonderful, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Good location and walkable to city center. Only complaint, the lighting in the bathroom and bedroom areas are very dim, so it was hard to put makeup on. Also, I wished they would have mini fridges so we can keep drinks or snacks in the room"

"Hotel was great! Breakfast was great, lots of options, very filling! Hotel lobby/bar/main floor area is very inviting to sit and stay to spend time. They have games you can play, and a TV to watch (we were here over World Cup 2026 so games were played in the lobby for anyone to watch). Room was very clean, only complaint is our room had a sliding door to bathroom and light switch is outside of bathroom. Due to the way the room is laid out that means one person on the bed gets a faceful of bright light anytime anyone goes to the washroom. Not a dealbreaker, but can be very annoying for light sleepers. Location is awesome - 10 min walk to train station, bus stops close, multiple streets with restaurants/shopping close by. We did not use parking, but seems to be attached to hotel. Definitely would recommend this hotel, and Moxy chain in general."
